Harmonics
Harmonics are an effect produced by simply touching a string directly over a fret, then plucking that string and removing the finger, allowing the string to resonate.
The clearest harmonics are found on the 5th, 7th, and 12th frets.

Sounds of Bells
Here's a video I made in the summer of 2007 of me playing one of my favorite classical guitar songs, "Sounds of Bells" by João Guimarães. It's a popular Brazilian piece for classical guitar, named for the bell-like sounds of harmonics, which are used throughout the piece.
